This policy explains how G.Armani Suit ("we", "our") handles information in connection with this website and our tailoring service at Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam, Bangkok. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no online payment, and no forms that store your details. It does not ask you to log in or submit personal data to browse any page.
We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — by phone, WhatsApp, or email. In that case we receive what you send us (for example your name, contact number, and what you would like made) so we can reply and arrange your fitting.
Cookies and third parties
We run no advertising trackers. We use two analytics tools, and they work differently.
Google Analytics (GA4) runs only if you agree: it is off by default (Google Consent Mode, with analytics_storage denied), so no Google analytics cookies are set and no data goes to Google until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, GA4 does not run. To withdraw consent later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns.
Umami is a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own server rather than a third party's. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and produces aggregate counts — which pages were viewed, which site referred you, and general browser and country information. Because it stores nothing on your device and does not identify you personally, it runs without the cookie banner. It is what tells us how many people visit at all, since most visitors never accept the GA4 banner.
The other third-party element is an embedded Google Map showing our location; Google may set its own cookies when that map loads, governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and to keep the site running. Links to our social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others) take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
How we use your information
Only to respond to you, schedule and deliver your tailoring, and keep a record of your measurements for repeat orders if you are a returning client. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your privacy rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Retention
We keep the information you send only as long as needed to serve you and, for returning clients, to make reordering easy. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
