Getting to the 4th floor
Platinum Fashion Mall is three connected buildings and it confuses first-time visitors. We are in Zone 1&2, Camden 6, Shop 936, on the 4th floor.
Take the escalators from the ground floor and keep going up — the 4th floor is where the tailoring and made-to-order cluster sits, above the wholesale clothing levels. If you come in from the Phetchaburi Road side, the escalator bank is straight ahead past the food court entrance.
Open daily, 10 AM to 8 PM. Weekday mornings are the quietest time to be measured properly; weekends the mall is busy and a fitting takes longer simply because of the crowd.
Why being in the mall helps you
It is not just an address. Everything a garment needs is inside one building — cloth, trimmings, linings, buttons, and the workroom — which removes the delays that a standalone shop absorbs by making you wait.
In practice that means alterations can be dropped off, and collected two hours later while you eat and shop. It means a fitting correction happens the same afternoon rather than the following week. And it means if the lining you wanted is not in the drawer, it is downstairs rather than a three-day order.

Allow 45 minutes to an hour for a first measuring appointment, less if you already know what you want. Fittings are 20 minutes.

How do I get to Platinum Fashion Mall?
The nearest station is BTS Ratchathewi, a short walk from the mall, and the Airport Rail Link stops at Ratchaprarop nearby. Rail is usually faster than a taxi in this part of Bangkok, particularly in the late afternoon, when the roads around Pratunam are among the slowest in the city. If you are arriving from Suvarnabhumi, the Airport Rail Link to Ratchaprarop is the most direct route to us and avoids the expressway traffic entirely. Once inside, take the escalators to the 4th floor and find Shop 936 in Zone 1&2.

Cloth suppliers, the workroom and the fitting room are all in the same building, which removes the transport step between a fitting and a correction. In practice that is where a day usually goes in this trade. We are open until 20:00 every day, so an evening return visit is genuinely available.
