- From BTS Chit Lom, head towards Phloen Chit Road, about 190 metres. Platinum Fashion Mall's own website tells visitors from Chit Lom to use Exit 6.
- Turn right onto Ratchadamri Road and walk about 150 metres.
- Take the pedestrian overpass for about 550 metres. The mall's website names this way in as the R-Walk.
- Turn left onto Phetchaburi Road for about 40 metres to Platinum Fashion Mall.
- Inside, take the escalators to the 4th floor, Zone 1&2, and look for Shop 936.
